Practical Group Coaching for Business Owners

Running a business can feel lonely.

The Freedom Group is a monthly two hour group coaching session created for business owners who want practical support, fresh perspective and greater accountability.

Led by Andy Sleet, each session gives you the opportunity to work through the challenges in your business, learn from other owners and leave with clear actions to move forward.

What Is The Freedom Group?

The Freedom Group is similar to group coaching, but the focus is firmly on practical business improvement.

Each month, a small group of business owners will come together to discuss real challenges, share ideas and identify the next steps needed to create greater clarity, stronger systems and more freedom in their businesses.

The sessions are designed to be supportive, honest and action focused.

This is not a networking event.

It is dedicated time to work on your business rather than getting caught up in the day to day running of it.

What Will We Cover?

The topics will be shaped around the needs of the group and the challenges business owners are facing at the time.

Sessions may include:

• Managing growth without becoming overwhelmed

• Improving communication across the business

• Reviewing progress and identifying the next action

Each session will give you practical ideas that you can take back into your business and begin implementing straight away.

When Does It Take Place?

The Freedom Group will take place on the first Thursday of every month.

Each session will run for two hours.

Investment

The cost to join The Freedom Group is:

£150 + VAT per month for one business owner

Additional business owners or directors from the same business can attend for:

£100 + VAT per person, per month
