Is coaching only for business owners?
No – not at all.
While most of the people I work with are business owners,
coaching is just as powerful for leaders,
managers,
and key team members.
Anyone with responsibility, influence,
or the desire to grow
can benefit from coaching.
Because it’s not just about running a business –
it’s about leading people,
making better decisions,
and getting clearer on what you’re trying to achieve.
Some of the most impactful coaching happens with senior managers
and emerging leaders –
people who are stepping up,
taking on more,
and want to do it well.
That said – for coaching to work at this level,
it’s absolutely vital that the business owners or senior leadership
have already agreed the direction and the goals.
If that clarity’s missing,
middle managers often get stuck –
frustrated, blocked,
and unable to implement the changes they’ve worked hard to create.
Coaching works best when everyone’s aligned –
when the direction is clear,
and the support is there to move things forward.
So no – coaching isn’t just for the person at the top.
It’s for anyone committed to growth,
but it must be supported from the top down.
