Can I have my team coached as well?
Yes – but a few things need to be in place.
The biggest one?
Leadership buy-in.
If they don’t have any decision-making power,
or their manager blocks every idea –
coaching won’t stick.
In sessions, we talk about what’s working,
what’s not,
and what they want to change.
But if those ideas get shut down after the session –
progress stalls.
If they’ve got the backing and the space to think –
coaching can boost confidence,
develop leadership,
and improve performance fast.
So yes – but the conditions need to be right.
